Anyone who has handled firearms knows you check it and clear it and dont play games by aiming it at people like its a toy. He was sitting on set playing with it, and aiming it at the director and producer..he lied to the cops when he stated he didnt pull the trigger, forensics contradicted that and that type of firearm discharges when you pull the hammer back...he also didnt attend fire arm safety training . The utter lack of remorse was galling. He blamed everyone else but never took accountability for his irresponsible actions. The armorer got 18 months , he should do at least that for being stupid with a firearm
