DD here! Spoiling yourself with pork pies for lunch! ๐ Now then, not everyone realises that even the Rover badge was subject to Project Drive. Cheaper, lower quality badges were sourced from Turkey for later cars and many of these have by now faded. Securing a proper good quality Rover badge from ex-Auntie Sophie is well worthwhile. These days such a badge is likely worth its weight in ... pork pies! Now that's a bit of luck! ๐

i shredded a locking nut when i got a puncture!! lesson learned the hard way . no one ever steals my 20 plus wheels anyways so no more lockers ..ever again
-
2 people want the wheels! 2 wheels each ๐
-
We, as humans are encouraged to consider organ donation after death. Auntie Sophie has done just that. No regrets..
-
Excellent video Paul lovely job on the wheels๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐

I worked in a garage and my boss would go insane about locking wheel nuts. Shouting and screaming, going bright red and his veins popping out on his forehead. It was like his world was crashing in on him. I remember one fitter taking a day to take the wheels from a Volvo. Most of the time when the customer was phoned they just say very calmly, oh it's in the ashtray!

Lots of parts went from aunty Sophie๐๐๐. To keep other 800s on the road. You should sell the engine on no problem. For ยฃ200 when it ran it did so well. The crome wheel nuts are a right pain in the ass๐๐.

Good work Mustard. As tough as the situation was,in the end, you did the right thing. One less car with missing bits and pieces and one less car for the Landlord to sneer disapprovingly at๐ฎ๐ ! The Yard's starting to look a wee bit better/and organized ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐!

Aww Bye bye Auntie Sophie. What a "Wheelie" interesting episode.
-
It's amazing that a prestigious Jaguar rival like a Rover 800 has 4-stud alloys, when a humble little runaround car like a Volkswagen Polo gets 5-stud alloys.
-
Great video, plenty of donor parts live on. @BCB one of my other favourite channels, the price is fair considering they collect as well.
-
Im amazed that they would lift the shell without you paying them. Seen the same crowd not touch a car if youve taken anything off it
-
Hi Project, you are my favourite vlogger at the moment, not sure why though but love your content, you're Sam Lovegrove on steroids Thank you

Rover 800 COUPร ๐๐๐

That worked out just right Paul, Auntie Sophie provided parts to keep cars on the road, and you,be cleared a space and made a bit of cash!๐
-
My 25's caps broke, took a pair of snips and yankee them off, the caps are right shite
-
I HATE locking wheel nuts/bolts. I took them off. We once had a nightmare with removing them from a VW Passat one time, flipping nuisance ๐ข
-
That was Chris that took Auntie Sophie.. I wonder if it will feature on their next video? at least she wasn't a total loss.
