You have to be something special to get a standing ovation in the Bernabeu as a Barca player.

Being a Brazilian I have to admit: Ronaldinho was the greatest dribbler of all time
  • Even though I am argentinian Ronaldinho made me buy and wear the Brazilian jersey. Love him. The most talented player that I have ever seen (Along with Maradona, Messi and Ronaldo Nazario).

Ronaldinho… my all time favorite footballer. He perfectly embodies what it means to play and enjoy the beautiful game 🤙🏼

Ronaldinho brought back Barcelona to life. There would be no Messi Era without him. Prime R10 was short, but magical.

Only got to see Ronaldinho play once but his touch, control, pass, and vision was absolutely insane
  • What a player...incredibly talented and a real joy to watch in every sense of the word....

Some people would Pele was the greatest, others would say Maradona or Messi, but to me at his very peak performance, Ronaldinho Gaucho was the best player i've seen.

    Dinho was just pure magic.
  • That's a proper player in fact the world best player and no one like him

Ronaldinho... explosive and short prime but this is what he wanted, was never after scoring scoring... wanted to have fun, wanted life&football balance exactly the way he wants and he got it. Had fun, smiled, played joga bonito and won every trophy left and right in football.

When he had the ball on his feet, it didn't matter whether you're rooting for one club or another, you know he's gonna do some magic and you love it.

I worked at Nike Paris. The next day Ronadinho won the 2006 final in Paris, I met his brother at the store.
I asked about Ronaldinho and he told me he was resting after the party they did all night. His brother was as smiling as him.
(You can see him on this video)

It was as if Football itself was recognising a truly magical Gift and just saying "thank you for being able to watch you play".
