This first game will feature a fascinating showdown between two players who have combined to win the past four NBA MVP awards – center Joel Embiid, making his first international appearance with Team USA in the Olympics, against Denver Nuggets star Nikola Jokic of Serbia. This will also mark the first Olympics appearance for Curry during his illustrious career.

NBC will broadcast the United States vs. Serbia Group C game live on Sunday. Universo and USA Network will broadcast a recording of the game at 1 p.m. ET (in Spanish) and 5 p.m. ET, respectively. The Group C game between Puerto Rico and South Sudan will be broadcast live on CNBC.
