Nice! DTLA is evolving into a world class destination and a city that people would be proud to say they live in, rather than the squalid embarrassment that was the 80's.

Let's avoid the gentrification topic all together. What happened to the Arts District is disgusting. Now the yuppies are coming for boyle Heights.
