  • Henry Kissinger once say, "To be an enemy of the US is dangerous, but to be a friend is fatal".
  • India should be happy to out of the Quad. The US likes proxies to fight its wars. And the proxies will be the ones to suffer. Ukraine anyone?
  • @firetree2007
tell me, any one? what quad achieved after 20 years since Abe proposed it?? absolutely NOTHING
  • Little crew built by the US. These nations are making a big mistake following the US.
  • There are many reasons why Indians have such a deep mistrust of the USA. After having supported Pakistan for 50+ years, and after having chosen China over India for economic development and trade, the US has some gall to think that just because it now wants friendship with India, India will abandon all her friends who had her back for so many years and jump into the USA's arms. The US has to first prove its friendship credentials. Not once or twice, but over a couple of decades. Not supporting Khalistanis and the implied balkanization of India would be a good start.

you are too good, sincerely hope the Govt listens to your pearls of wisdom and acts accordingly..
  • Why did the American military run away from Afghanistan. For Taiwan, the American Senate is not firmly supporting their freedom. Again, American politicians are saying different versions at different intervals for Israel. How can you trust Americans, if there is a need. Of course, Russians are engaged with Ukraine. It was invited to wars by Ukraine. It will end soon. China occupied our territory then agreed for a ceasefire. We had multiple opportunities to recapture our area from Pakistan and China. But, our political leaders are not having good relationships with each other. So, we are sufferers.

Pakistan helped US in Afghans. where was India when US was fighting the terrorist in Afghans for 20 yrs.? US asked India to help but India did not send one troop in fighting. India has Russia as a friend and US has Pakistan as a friend.
  • @lilavall4735
I think US was hoping that India would be closer and India would contribute to patrolling the seas in the Indo pacific. I think the squad is replacing quad. US will do more with the Philippines and S Korea all in line with the US. India is more in line with the BRICS.
  • @sklux6147
Quad is here to stay. Which Quad? Apparently there are more than one Quad. Where is Philippines? Which Quad? What is I2U2? When is the next 2 + 2 meeting scheduled? Was that forgotten? Waiting for Trump to return? Likewise Economic Corridors. There are more than one corridor. When one is down other one is up.
