The one thing Matt has taught me is just to try to catch a piece of the move and go on with your day. He takes one or two trades and walks away. His calm demeanor to not constantly push and go for crazy gains has really calmed me down. If you can do anything, watch his daily recaps and/or his live streams

Watching him trade live daily for months now with 20 accounts you realize what immense discipline this man has.
