I'm completely new to tech work, and quite frankly i don't know much other than that having a remote job would be sweet for a healthy work-life balance compared to what i do now. I took a quiz online and was told that UI/UX design would be right up my alley. If so, should i look into a Bootcamp based around UI/UX design or should i start with something simpler like coding? Or should i just go back to school? Any advice is greatly appreciated!!

Hi, I'm fresh out of high school and want to get into the UX/UI design field. I'm not exactly sure how to get from point A to point B though. I've heard there are a lot of different ways to get the education and skillset needed but I'm not sure what would be the most helpful. Does it make more sense to get a college degree in a related field or spend that time learning the skills on my own through things like bootcamps and YouTube tutorials?
  • @kouzgr7522
So the ui designer make the hole think as an idea and the front end developer makes it possible ?
  • @db4660
I'm an online ESL teacher and voice over artist looking to diversify my skill set in 2024. I don't have much knowledge about programming or coding and my computer knowledge is probably pre-intermediate level. What skills does someone need to possess beforehand in order to successfully complete this course? TIA
  • So people in this field makes what ? Games , applications, the things we see on the phone?
  • @wassupbaby8634
Then what's the difference between front end developer vs UI/UX?
