Palworld is an action-adventure survival game developed by Pocket Pair, a Japanese game developer. The game is set in an open world filled with animal-like creatures called Pals. Players can battle and capture Pals to use them for base building, traversal, and combat1. The game was launched into Early Access on PC and Xbox and has sold millions, broke records, and dominated internet discourse for various reasons. The game has been described as “Pokémon with guns” by some due to the ability to capture Pokémon-like monsters called Pals in special balls and give them their own guns to use. The game has received a lot of attention since its reveal in 2021, and it finally entered Early Access on PC via Steam and on Xbox in January of 20242

I'm not your pal buddy
-
If you have built the viewing cage technology item, you can place incapacitated pals in there and take them back out instantly to also bypass the 10 minute revive timer.
-
The death bag food freezer was the only new tip I got from this. However, I just want to comment on the quickstacking thing. Be very careful when you do this. I can't count the number of times I've accidentally put all my pal spheres away in some random storage, because a transporting pal tossed one sphere from a Syndicate raid in there.

Everyone says to use galeclaw. If you do the slide momentum or graple boost. Hangyu is soooo much better. It can get some really great speed but the lift you gain from it is super useful. Galeclaw does let you shoot and glide though.
-
Tip: if you go to inventory and switch the grappler from in hand to inventory and back you reset the 10 second timer

00:30 Instant Pal Revive (Put them in base then "rescue" them. Must have a bed) 01:40 Galeclaw (Replaces glider. Faster than glider) 03:38 Boost Jump (Jump on top of pal sphere, successful capture tosses you in the air) 04:02 Necklaces (Read the item's tool tip) 04:55 Feed bag (Read the item's tool tip) 05:41 Food and sanity (Cook berries are better than raw. Better food = better sanity) 07:51 Reset Food Timer (Hitting "Sort" resets food timer; may be patched out) 08:33 Freeze Food (Use death bag to stop food spoiling) 09:43 Ore Mining Pals (Use pal attacks to mine faster) 11:48 Move whilst encumbered (Use grapple to move while encumbered. Bonus: Un-equip / re-equip grapple to reset cool down) 13:01 Easy Fast Travel Points (Options > Force Respawn to die then respawn near fast travel points near spawns) 13:47 Repair All (Look at bottom UI to repair all) 14:49 Bonus Pal Damage (Pal element types boost attack type damage) 15:33 Easy Pal Catching (Statuses increase pal catch rates) 17:16 Ancient Civilization Parts (Kill bosses or do dungeons) 18:26 Quickstacking (Open chest, look at UI at bottom right)

The dead bag is a real shout!!! I can starve myself exactly where I want my cooler and not worry about my dumb pals not cooling my food lol
-
Galeclaw was a mistake I am happy making. I died in lava and needed an flying mount. Without even checking I crafted gloves but quickly realized me mistake that I can’t ride this bird. So i left him in my team and forgot. While traversing the desert i was trying out different movement techs i learnt in other games to see if it works in palworld. Then i discovered galeclaw on flat land. It has made farming pals and combat much cooler imo

The death bag trick is awesome! Thx
-
Good idea with the grappling hook. I’m going to adopt your method. When overweight I was using the direhowls ability where he does the rush / charge. I keep pressing it until I reached the travel point
-
use cotton candy as place fillers in the feed the box, they wont spoil so you don't have to worry about it
-
If you use Hangyu as a glider, it carries your momentum off a grapple very well and also has the added benefit of acting like a balloon that will actually go upward as you move forward. Just gotta be careful to watch your stamina, don't want Hangyu dropping you when you're at peak altitude lol
-
Many of these are basic tips. That said, I didn't know about several things you mentioned, so thanks for the help!
-
Honestly majorly helpful. The cooked berry tip was one I honestly haven't been doing, and simply looking at descriptions helps majorly. It's small things but sadly easy to not do
-
Small thing for m&k when scoped in to throw a ball you can use scroll wheel to switch types of balls instead of pressing 2 , helps during dodging attacks while trying to catch
-
Just a tip about the gliders and something I don't see people mention much, they ARE affected by momentum. If you slide down a hill then jump and hit your glider at the top of your acceleration you go MUCH faster even with the lowest tier glider, not sure if doing it with a pal would have the same effect but you can get a massive speed boost by doing this, it's especially useful in the early game when you might not have access to a flying pal or their upgrades yet
-
I appreciate the bonus tip, I did not know that.
-
If you have a base raid and all the Pals are incapacitated, move one healthy Pal into the base Pal pool. That Pal and all the reanimated Pals will fix the entire group while you are fixing the base.
-
Killamari is better for the gliding, if you have stam, you can glide forever, when you chain it, it glides up not down.
-
Thanks for the bonus; consider me one more helped by it :)
