    Sam, I'd just like to say, as a paramedic in NYC your channel helped entertain me during the height of quarantine when I had to keep myself from my family to prevent them from getting covid. While I locked myself in a bedroom, I binged your channel to keep me entertained and it really helped keep me sane and it improved my cooking abilities at the same time. I know you worked very hard to get where you are and it was well deserved. Keep up the great work
  • I ate 21 tacos, my Hispanic buddy made for me. He prepped all ingredients, then commenced frying the shells, they were not small... Best tacos I ever had.
