Routh's elevator change is my favourite. There's no dissolves, no spins, you literally see his "Clark" clothes fall away as he flies up the elevator shaft and it's seamless. The shirt rips are iconic of course but this is the only one where there's no question or trickery when it comes to his clothes.

Henry's look as Superman was literally perfect. While Christopher is clearly the most iconic, Henry just embodies everything about Supes. It's just a shame he didn't get the perfect movie.

From a little boy watching George Reeves portraying Superman until today, I'm 70 years old and Superman is still fresh with me. The legend of Superman embraces the good that a person can be. It is what all good human beings want to see in others and desires for this world. Others today may rave about the Marvel superheroes or even Batman, but The Man of Steel set the standard.
