Even if you are a meat lover you love this chickpea curry! No need for any meat whatsoever. Super simple to prepare and packed full of flavour!

Ingredients:
Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
Red or white onion: 1 medium sized
canned or fresh diced tomatoes: 400 grams
Chickpeas: 450grams (16 ounces)
Coconut milk: 400ml (13.5 ounces)
Garlic: 3 cloves
Garam masala: 1 1/2 tablespoon
Curry powder: 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder: 1/4 teaspoon
salt and pepper: to taste
Lime or Lemon: juice from 1
If your curry is too runny you can add:
1 teaspoon cornstarch with a splash of water or milk
