Completely agree with your take on the drama reviewers, I think they tend to lose their genuineness as they get bigger and get tempted by all the money, and once they've established themselves as someone who just says the same thing as everyone else, they can't go back, because their audience is now one that just wants to hear the 'popular' take repeated, not one who's there for a unique and individual take. It's sad, and it's the reason that I am so attracted to your videos even when we disagree about many things, because you have remained genuine ❤

The thing I've noticed with some celebrities with huge fan bases is that you're not allowed to criticize their projects. They can be doing a great job ACTING WISE, but the script, set, or direction is lacking, and if you say something, they attack. Actors can't hone the skill of CHOOSING good projects if they're never allowed to hear that a show was bad. I'm a Rosy Zhao fan, but The Last Immortal was a bad show. She did great, but the show was bad. The same is happening with Leo right now. Actors who have learned to take criticism, like Liu Yuning, are now getting better and better roles because they have no huge reputation to fall back on. Critics are important even if they make us uncomfortable

Agree with you about watching BL drama 20 years later😂.. Or else too many black materials will be dug up and crazy fights between fandoms.. Btw, I also think that Liang jie is a good actress and although most of her dramas are low budget, her recent works such as "The Day of becoming you", "Hi Venus", and "Fox Volant" are well written (IMO).. Can't wait to watch her upcoming drama😍
