what does 1 video on a free plan means? is it 1 video per month or as in 1 video then you need to upgrade?

I wonder if the music it generates has been whitelisted by YouTube (I don't use tiktok)? That seems to be the first flag that'd get picked up in their system if it's not completely royalty-free. Nothing worse than having a monetized video perform well and you get a notice weeks or months later that the revenue will be split or completely go to someone else. Doesn't seem like the script it generates can be refined the way a person can do with chat gpt which means the content is just boilerplate stuff.
