Why didn't the Dicastery for Communications remove Rupnik's artwork _on account of it being terrible?_His stuff repeatedly, consistently, and almost relentlessly, looks ugly. It looks childish and mass-produced, like unhappier versions of cartoons in cheaply-produced catechetical materials for eight-year-olds. What is it about modern prelates -- or, perhaps, the assistants, bureaucrats, and gatekeepers who make decisions in the prelates' names? -- that they exhibit such execrable taste? How can they fail to be repulsed by Rupnik's style, when they have the entire prior tradition of Catholic and Byzantine art against which to compare it?

It is reprehensible that because of the 20 or so nuns molested by Rupnik, women consecrated to God, you should repeat the papal chant, he should be cut some slack since it cannot be called child abuse. You clearly have no moral base on which to report on such serious matters.

AI can be heavily compromised. It’s a terrible choice for Catholic teaching.

Have the Vatican no idea EXACTLY who they are angering( God)!! I would never want to be an enemy of God!! God will not be mocked!!!! Pope Francis is in big big trouble with God himself!!!

Where is Vigano and who is backing and protecting him. It's better you investigate that.

Re: the nuns, this is pathetic and Unconsciable. They have dedicated their lives to tradition and to be treated as such is unforgivable.
