In this video, I want to talk about how to boost your self confidence and how to build confidence when what you want to do is learn how to be confident in everything that you do, whether at work or in your personal daily life. Many of us grow up never knowing how to develop self confidence or how to improve self confidence in a way that is authentic to us. When you are confident, you can pursue a career that is meaningful and in line with your purpose. If you’re not confident in your career, it's hard to be fulfilled because you don’t feel good about your abilities and talents.

I’m sharing with you one strategy/technique that helps me to stay grounded and confident in the work that I do as a Career Strategist and Intuitive Purpose Coach.

  • I really respect and admire Linda Raynier. I felt like she was talking to me. In more areas then just my career. I felt a spiritual connection. I really appreciate her. She has spoken to my soul.

If I could give you 100 thumbs up, I would.  I needed this. Your words were absolutely heartfelt and inspiring...thank you! :)

This was extremely beautiful. Thank you for this message. I am going to a walk in interview tomorrow and deep down I couldn't shake the "I'm not good enough" voice... you're right... I need to listen to my heart and trust myself through the process. I'm enough 💕
  • " you have no power to control me". after listening that words, I immediately can't control my tears. that is so inspiring and just hit straight away into my heart. thank you Linda

I have an interview this Thursday for a job that I almost applied to for fun because I thought it was way out of my league, so right now I’m definitely feeling low in confidence and imposterish, but watching your videos is helpful and calming

I grew up in China, and the education we received is that you need to study hard and then you can be a successful person. Your parents, grandparents, your relatives or friends of your parents etc. will always try to encourage you to study hard by saying xx's son/daughter is getting a great results in the school, and you should study as hard as they are so you can get XX prizes from school or whatever. Or they will say why you can not be like someone's children who are good at school subjects and dancing/singing. Most parents from the 70's generation are tend to encourage their children by criticizing them. The problem here is your child might not be as tough as they thought, they may have a low self esteem if they get blamed all the way even after they grow up.
  • It is the first time I saw you cry . This video was so inspiring for me because I was a shy person and everybody was telling me that I should be confident and that was annoying because they just say it over and over again but they just did not know how I feel because they are not like me . They always tell me that I should be confident but they did not know the appropriate words to say . But thank God I came to know you because you are one of the few people who can genuinely help and simply give courage to me and give insight on how to really know what I really want . The past months I had been struggling to get a job . I had searched online , I had submitted a resume , I had stressed myself up , drained my brain thinking how I could get a job and all that . Thanks so much to you because you had helped and given me strength and virtually comforted me through this video . THANKS SO MUCH . LONG LIVE LINDA RAYNIER !

Really appreciate that you share this. As a international student in Australia, I watched your video and prepared my interview for the first time and finally I got that job. And now I am back to my home country and looking for positions that I am interested. I am a person that always do not have enough confidence to express myself and tell the interviewer that I am a good fit for the job. I tend to compare with the other awesome people and tell myself I can't be like them. It's impossible. I think I should give myself a chance to try and believe that I can do that task and I am the best. Hope I can be confident and do whatever I want with confidence.
  • Came in for interview advice, and staying for the peace that you give me girl from your videos!! Wow your amazing. Your videos have helped me more than my life coach ! Everyone needs someone like you in their life!! ❤️❤️
  • Wow, I've watched a lot of videos on confidence, subscribed to channels focused solely on building confidence, but I think this is hands down the best video I've seen on the subject. This fully and completely resonated with me 100%. I'm fully going to take this to heart. Literally. This is exactly what I needed to hear... Thank you!
  • I just watched this video again. You're so authentic that I'm embarrassed to say that I teared up. Thank you for being so honest and genuine.
  • Linda, continue to inspire people and broaden your dreams. A month ago I connected with your coaching content, I worked hard to change my professional reality and I came back to believing in my "inner strength". Today I would like to thank you, because I got a new role in an American company, my dream job (I hope) and certainly your videos helped me a lot. Thank you so much, Best, Juliana. P.S: I am from Brazil and I have just learned English, I have also overcome this challenge, a new language!

This is awesome Linda. I am a confidence funk right now, so this is very timely. I do meditate, and it helps tremendously.
