Can you show the part when you destroy it first

This isn't a restoration, it is a rebirth! I really enjoy how delicately you handle every part, beautiful video.

I come to the comment section to see all the good or not-so-good comments. im 57 yrs old. I'm deaf. So to be able to understand what everyone else can hear, I have to check out this section first. From what I saw was fabulous. Back in my time, we had plastic models, that ranged from easy to very hard. Then came 2 in one versions. The paints were all in small jars( Testors ). Then the glue tube glues one in a red and white tube and one not toxic in a blue and white tube. then when you became a very good builder you worked up to bottle glue. Decal set. and all the paint colors in can paints. even paint markers.I won Best of Show, best of Customization, and Best Paint. For a 1967 Chevy Nova. Fully detailed engine compartment to full detailed interior. Opening doors hood truck with working lights even interior lights. Miss those days. I still have that car up on my shelf in my man cave. Great video.

First time I come accross this channel, and I an blown away by the level of detail, accuracy and patience it must take to do this work. RESPECT!
  • As a model car builder, I can appreciate your improvisation, such as the grilles for the side brake ducts. I've been used many similar dashboard detailing techniques for my cars, as well. I had a vast collection of fine tip markers that I used for the gauges, radio, climate controls, emblems, engine parts, etc. I only wish that I had more patience when I was younger, because most of my cars showed the sloppiness of assembling the entire car in a day, especially my single coat paint jobs that ran and sagged. I haven't done any hobby work in a long time, but I hope to get back in it the next few years.
  • One of the nicest restorations I've ever seen. Loved the texture technique for the interior. Awesome 😊

1:11 Wow, even the paint inside the door panel was scratched, insane!
  • @markus_gold
1:01 there is no way an old plastic would remain so pure and clean even in covered spaces, but still enjoyable to watch
  • Your techniques, workmanship and attention to detail are enthralling. Fantastic.

you know a lot of people might cringe that you made edits but i believe you made it 10 times better by taking the time to acknowledge the designers work in the small details especially turning the fake vents into actual ones. you did the car justice
  • @alextag79
Undoubtedly, the most complex restoration I've seen you do. Great idea, leave the original color scheme unchanged. Good job!

It must be so calming for him yet so stressful at the same time when dealing with such detail. Kudos to his patience and dedication to this art
  • I am from Russia, I watch all your videos, and this is incredible! You're crazy, you're a crazy genius! Thank you for the content, for that colossal work that you are doing! Incredible detail, masterful approach to every work! It's cool!
  • Acho que a melhor restauração de mini que já vi no YouTube... Está de parabéns, um abraço do Brasil
  • Just stumbled across this, attention to detail is off the scale. What a talent.

This pulls me back to a Toy Story 2 feeling, so satisfying and a great work. Not only restoring, but detailing it even further!
