Iam 58, and people think i look 78, so i lie and tell them iam 88. Then i get so many complements. I feel better about myself.

I don't think it's important to look "years younger" than what you actually are. It's important to feel healthy and happy.

the first woman looked really unbelivably young for her age. The amount of muscle is incredible. I think you can tell she's not 40, but I would never guessed her older than 55. The muscle would be incredible even for a women in her 50's. Mad respect

I work with a lady who I assumed was in her early to mid-20s and she's actually 37. She carries herself like she's a college student. The way she dresses and does her hair and makeup not so much attitude. She doesn't wear skimpy stuff but just youthful. All the other ladies around her age at work look like soccer moms or like they've been rode hard and put away wet. It's funny to watch the young guys hit on her thinking their age maybe a couple years older when in reality sometimes she's close enough to be the same age as their mom.

I'm a singer and a big Indicator of how well someone truly is aging is their voice. They may look young on the outside but then it could be alot of tricks etc and not authentic. But this 70 year old lady truly is young. Her voice is still very youthful. Clear rich thick and strong with great tonal quality... Wow amazing...

I've always looked young for my age. I'm still recognizable to people who knew me at 5! I found a picture of me when I was 1 and I still look like myself. My secret is never drank, smoked, or did drugs. Mostly healthy eating and I'm huge walker. Take care of your body and it'll take care of you. These women look fabulous!

The first lady does look like a healthy woman in her 40s but when she said 74 I was like wtf she is super heathly and got them genetics

It's not about looking younger. It about looking good at each age

Been told many times that I look 10 yrs old younger than my real age, it's the power of self love and finding your real self, then accept who you're and having a peace of mind it's a plus! 🤩
