I used to work for Del Taco, and the only safe thing on the menu is the burgers lmao. Meat sits in the hot boxes for many hours drying up or being unsafe, lettuce sits in moist bags for days, guac is made with TONS of lime and salt, the beans are made fresh but taste fucked, the "chili" is just red hot sauce mixed with ground beef, their meats that aren't pollo asado and carne asada are just boiled in bags. I don't eat there and I made the food
