    Nice video! So 10/11/12% moisture is fine for endgrain? or is it a bit too much? mine is arround 10-14% moisture and had one board splitting not sure why.

    curious why you use the little benchtop thicknesser instead of the hammer , wish i had room for the larger planer thicknesser, just ordered the jet 12 inch spiral cutter model, it just about fits my workspace,cheers.
  • If your moisture meter was supplied with Chinese batteries, chuck them away! In my experience, if you leave them in the device, they will leak.
