300 lbs here. Working my way down from 333. This was my first time actually making it thru this video without pausing for a breath. Thanks for helping me heal! 😊

You know…I’ve realized that workout videos are the one place on the internet where everybody in the comments is positive and reaching for the same goal: to be healthy and take care of our bodies. The mindset is so refreshing and motivating for my fitness, and I’m starting from basically day one, on and off, for the last few months. Thank you for making these videos and thank you to everyone in the community who are bettering themselves!

I just done this with hubby with our 3 little kids cheering us on from the sofa with lots of 'ayyyeeee' 'go mommy' 'go daddy' and we loved it. Thankyou!

Let me be as real as I can be. I’ve been Lifting weights, running, trying to stay in shape my whole life and those things definitely build confidence. But nothing built my confidence more than teaching me how to stay in rhythm😂. Great fun down-time workout per usual. These step to the beat workouts taught me how to have a rest day in between the advanced full body workouts without feeling guilty. Love you guys.

Please make a "step to the beat" playlist! It's getting my and many other motivates to start moving our bodies! Oh and a dumbbells' playlist because I eventually know weight training is important part of weight loss. I appreciate you both so much, keep inspiring us all!

Almost 30 and started at 262lbs, it's time to get my body under control before it's too late. So far I'm down to 246 just with calorie counting and only started about a month ago but I needed more so I found the low impact version of this workout yesterday. I had to take a breather halfway today but I made it. I'm determined to do at least one a day!

Most exercises hurt too much to do consistently or to even want to do. But when I discovered this video, I was able to do it, enjoy it, and get my life back. Thank you so much!❤

  • Woke up today super tired and I honestly wanted to stay in bed. Found this workout and I thought ok- not too bad. It was just right for me! It kept my heart rate up and a nice even pace. I love the music and how there is not a lot of talking like some videos have. TY!
  • @MsAj90
THANK YOU SO MUCH! After sitting many hours for work it takes my body some time to be active again. This eases my body into working out and not straight into an intense regime.
  • Cancer survivor here and recovering from surgery on my spine . Thank you 🎉
