    In Sydney Australia we call that couscous pearl couscous. I have always been intrigued by it but never knew what to do with it and now I do - so thank you.

    That's "tomato sauce" here in English speaking countries. 06:45 "Tomato Paste" is much thicker, like room temp butter.
