Many third party figures get to the point point and have extremely accurate robot and alt modes which Hasbro and Takara fail sometimes to achieve even when their products are much costly that the third party figures! I really love the bumblebee movie bumblebee from Trans craft,that figure transforms like black magic! Great video Prime vs Prime!!

You should do a top 10 canceled third party figures, there are so many that I've seen that just either got delayed forever or got canceled and I'd love to see which you choose

I didn't know this until recently, but apparently 3rd party figures are technically only figures with original transformations and designs, like Mista and Transcraft Bee. They are usually much more expensive than 4th party figures on account of the additional cost of R and D. 4th party figures are like hide shadow, that was a studio series mainline figure designed and developed by Hasbro that was simply knocked off, sometimes with better paint or subtle upgrades. They're usually cheaper than 3rd party as Hasbro has already shouldered most of the R and D cost.

Great review! I like how third party figures are afforded the opportunity to have all of the love and attention given to our favorite characters in a way that Hasbro isn’t.

I agree that the Black Apple is the most articulate and quality figure of Optimus but if would've been so fantastic if the the trailer or wings/weapons arc could've been added. I feel like this would've made him much more "complete". The lesser versions had awesome trailers and although I want Black Mamba's LS-14 Optimus bc it has Jetfire kit/Jetwing option, it is not as superb as this Wei Jiang figure
