Can the cheapo Mini Lathe make 1/12 scale dolls house furniture?

Can the cheap mini lathe that is for sale on Amazon, be used to make 1/12 scale dolls house furniture? I needed something that could make chair legs , banisters and bed legs . It needed to be small enough to handle 9 by 9mm strip wood and cheap enough to not worry if it failed.

    The mini lathe can do a lot more - made 2 full sized (57mm) fixed axle yoyos - they play pretty good too! Not a bad little lathe!

    It would need a longer tool rest reversed so it is closer to wood for safety and better tool control - if actual wood turning tools were being used. Best not to leave chuck key in chuck. "Center it the best you can..."!!!
