Published 2024-06-11
On June 11 (Tuesday) at 7:00 p.m. Polish time [CET], we would like to invite you to a discussion panel (free) in English with the participation of DR Rick Doblin, DR Olga Chernoloz and Karolina Blonska.

The panel will be held on three platforms: FB, YT and Lin. To receive a reminder, sign up at www.holomind.org/ltp - and share with your friends

We will discuss the following issues:

* Mental health care in war zone areas
* Mental health of refugees and war victims
* The mental condition of female refugees, with special regard to physical abuse resulting in PTSD
* PTSD treatment possibilities – how the FDA recommendation for MDMA-assisted therapy after June 4 can change the current situation
* Social awareness of the scale of the issue of war victims, considering conflict escalations around the globe leading to an increasing number of PTSD patients from war areas
* Freedom of choice of therapy type – why it is important to have access to therapies that really work
* Ukrainian therapists, who are themselves refugees, providing services to their fellow citizens in a recognized and compensated manner
* Building bridges of care between the system the refugees know and the one they find themselves in
* The efficacy of psychological treatments, which relies on the trusting relationship between the patient and the treatment team
