How to turn a valor fitness BD-62 into a functional trainer with a half rack.

This is the valor fitness BD-62 wall mount pulley system. With only two speed pulleys and two carabiners you can use a half rack and turn it into a functional trainer. I paid $350 for the bd62 and about $200 for the half rack. So about $550 total. If not for COVID and all fitness equipment being marked up this would have only cost me $350

Either way as you can see it’s not perfect but it works well and the bd-61 functional trainer that uses the BD-62 is $650 assuming you can find it in stock. Its currently over $800 when in stock. However the BD-61 is not a rack also😉 So you can’t use it for squats, bench....... like you can a rack.

One note is I did drill two holes, one in each bar holder, in the bottom to allow the carabiner to attach where it does.
