While Nightcore might not be as popular nowadays, it still remains as my gateway to my actual love for Trance and Future Bass, so it's always nice coming back to this, knowing the music of my teenage years remains in the hearts of many <3

YES! Opening with Moonlight Shadow, such a strong choice. PERFECT. It kind of makes me sad that nightcore is just a small amount of pitching and speeding up these days. I feel like Nightcore is supposed to be a certain level of speed. Nightcore is supposed to result in a high-energy dance song. If it ain't that, keep speeding it up until it reaches that level (example: the incredibly fast version of In The End from the original Run Kitty Run for Warcraft 3). It's both an effect and a genre. But instead there's a lot of slow "Nightcore" these days. It's no longer guaranteed when I click on a Nightcore song that it will have the fast energy I'm looking for.

Damn, Nightcore truly was at it's peak back in the day. I remember finding Nightcore back in 2014 and it really helped me get through school as that was when my Depression and Suicidal Thoughts started and never ended. Hearing this mix really brought back the memories of sitting in class, booting up the schools laptops, opening up YouTube, clicking on a Nightcore mix and getting on with my essays and so fourth. It's sad that so called Nightcore is just sped up songs nowadays. Just doesn't hit the same way it did back then

The nostalgia is going hard

Memories of me being alone in my dark room with my pc is coming back. To my parents, I was lonely closed off but my friends are from all over the world and as cringy as it may sound, I used to listen to the song and let my imagination flow. It was one of my best time and if I could relive it for just 1 day I would in a heartbeat but I can't. So I hope to show these songs to my son when he's older (he's 6 month now)

I have so many good memories tied to this music. Most importantly these tracks just make me feel happy, nostalgic and energized.

Around about 10 years ago, i was introduced to nightcore by a very playlist that got taken down a few years later that had the ItaloBrothers Moonlight Shadow remix on it and i haven't been able to find it since because i didn't know what to look up. Gosh the memory’s. I’ve been going through a hard time lately. But finding this and remembering all the songs I can still sing word for word while doing homework helps haha so good
