Omg!!! You have no idea how many hours I spent trying to set this up! 😤 this video was perfect! The instructions said nothing about the actual machine and the illusive pop up never appeared! Thanks so much 🙌🏼🤗

I changed internet providers and I needed to change the network settings, with your video in only took 5 minutes. Thanks!! I have 2 brother printers that I've using for five years and I am a very satisfied customer.

Do this in this order: 1. Update the firmware AND software from the website. 2. If it says to update your JAVA, update it or the updates won't install. 3. Be sure you are connecting the printer to the SAME WiFi that the computer you are working on, is connected to! Once I did the following...everything worked as it should. Hope this helps you -

Thanks for the crisp, yet aptly illustrated tutorial video detailing the steps of how to configure the WiFi, or wireless setup using the control panel, and not requiring the CD that comes with the printer! To be frank and outright, it was a lot more straightforward than I had previously expected, and really served its purpose with regards to enlightening the individuals who were previously struggling with properly completing this process, like me!

Thank you! I got this printer without a manual, a USB cable, or the CD that supposedly comes with it. I followed the steps in this video and I managed to set it up in 10 mins. Hallelujah! :)

Great video, very helpful. The password required for me was wifi network password I use, not the network key listed on wifi router sticker. Also found it to be 'Case' sensitive. Thanks..

THANK YOU!! I changed internet providers and had a hard time getting the new internet provider to connect. I watched your video and had to do it a few times because I missed read one of the steps but it's working now..

Well I’m a computer “ dummy” I run my whole small business on an iPad , never touch a conventional computer they scare the hell out of me, I got frustrated when the WLAN report twice told me connection failure, then I remembered my other printer was still switched on and that maybe that had something to do with it, switched it off and yes! 🥳 success!! Thank you for the tutorial. Maybe add in “ turn other printers off”.
