Joe Bonamassa - The Rolling Stones and his Signature Model Martin 000-45!

Published 2024-05-23
Joe came down to the shop before his show opening for The Rolling Stones at Lumen Field here in Seattle, and we love it when he stops by! We get into the details about opening the evenings show, a couple of amazing rare guitars we have in the shop right now (1951 Fender 'Nocaster' and a 1962 Fender Stratocaster w/gold hardware from Brian Ray), as well as the story behind his personal 1941 Martin 000-45 that was painstakingly replicated by Martin for the 000-45 Joe Bonamassa Signature Model!

Hello guys, this is Trevor here. Joe bought the entire shop including this YouTube channel so I’m using my mate’s account. Welcome me into retirement! 🤣🤣🤣

These Bonamassa videos where he talks gear with someone are so interesting.

Thank you to all you awesome guitar shops for inviting Joe to visit and play these classics. Greatly appreciated! Man, I hope Joe picked up that ‘54!

Love Joe B. His collection is used and does not sit behind glass, and he shares it with the world on so many platforms so we can all at least see, and usually hear, what we could never afford.

I love that Joe is showing some love for Keith Richards and making sure to play a tele with neck humbucker later on that night when opening for the Stones!

  • Just like Joe has said, doesn't matter how many guitars or how many vintage examples. Whatever guitar he picks up and plays sounds like Joe.

Joe is really passionate about the guitars plus his vintage guitars gets playtime instead of being a wall decorate.

The only intro I actually watch. Love all those clicks!
  • @CyroSchmidt
The takes zooming in on the tele to illustrate what Joe said were great.
  • I love how Joe had some of the most desirable guitars in existence yet he still gets so excited about stuff he has several examples of. And it's so he can play them, not to store in a glass cabinet
  • Saw Joe's band in the Stones latest live phone videos on YouTube,go Joe🎸😃👏🎶
