There are 3 steps to improve your listen skill: "Listening, reading and repeat"
1. Listening: in this step, you try to listen, no need to understand all of the word but you should try to know the main meaning
2. Reading: you need to listen again and reading the transcript
3. Repeat: after listening, you have to repeat as native speaker
