There are moments Bloo can be funny and bring some charm, but other times I feel his actions can go way far and make some moments to mean-spirited that it sometimes makes me want to smack him so he could see the trouble he’s causing. In terms of likable jerks, I wouldn’t say he’s as good as Rigby, but I would take him over Peter from Family Guy. Season 4.2-present that is.

Eustace from Courage the Cowardly Dog (after Ball of Revenge, but sometimes he does act as comic relief) Jasper from Steven Universe (became corrupted after refusing Steven’s healing) Queen Chrysalis from MLP (rejected Starlight’s redemption offer) Rick Sanchez from Rick and Morty (without his jerkish behavior, the show wouldn’t be funny) Mr. Burns from The Simpsons (I love this character, without his cruel side he wouldn’t live long as revealed in one episode) Eric Cartman (same with Rick) Bart Simpson (also same with Rick)

Great video Vail, and I totally agree it’s going to be a miracle the day Mr. Krabs starts acting like a considerate crescent and doesn’t sell one of his employees’ souls for less than a dollar. Lol Edit: thanks for highlighting my comment Vail!

Vicky did become good once in the episode "Vicky loses her Icky" but she becomes evil again when that bug went back to her.

Angelica Pickles from Rugrats should have been here. She's a standout character for how bratty she is. She lies and manipulates to a bunch of helpless toddlers who can't walk or speak up for themselves. And there are times where she hurts him to where in real life these babies could possibly get hurt or killed by her! In the first three seasons she was considered to be unusually sadistic even though she's been reduced to being petty and obnoxious in the later seasons.

There is a way for them to be redeemed. Say sorry, be nice, and do everything everyone says no matter what (unless it's killing or hurting someone) Vicky though, i don't know, she an evil Mr. Krabs but in teenage girl form.
