The young man's build is on his YouTube channel Outdoor Life and Craft. He built it over a year ago. Enjoyed the series very much. He has now started a new build after several month of doing extra little things in and around the dugout. He also usually has the ingredients needed to make the food he cooks while at his dugout as well in the description underneath. Looks very tasty lol One last thing ... while building a cabin(before he built the dugout), he found a abandoned puppy that he took in and who is now his constant companion.

You are lucky to be digging your bunker in such nice dirt with no stone or rocks.
