Kaspersky is one of the members of our annual Mal X programme so they receive additional test reports and data from us. However, all public tests are conducted fully independently with no interference.

As someone who very much does dabble in software some would consider "less than trustworthy", I really appreciate Kaspersky's ability to distinguish false positives from actual threats.
  • It's incredible how Kaspersky keeps getting better and better every day
  • @rekire___
Perhaps the best malware is the one we download along the way
  • @gorgono1
I tested a lot of the Antiviruses myself and Kaspersky was #1 by the elimination process.

Was using the free version of Kaspersky for years and never had an issue and it was great performance wise.

It brought me great joy to see a Kaspersky video after a long time, but for the year 2023-2024, there should be a competition involving both Bitdefender and a combination of Bitdefender/Kaspersky in the realm of comprehensive antivirus solutions. I suggest a challenge focusing on protection levels, virus detection in both online and offline environments, and the recovery of infected systems. I eagerly anticipate videos of this nature. 😊

This is another exceptionally relevant and informative post from your channel. Keep up the great work you are doing here! I have joined the waitlist for Mal-X.
  • Kaspersky is really strong at behaviour detection.. I like this product's behaviour detection strength.. I feel safer with Kaspersky rather than with other av products.. :) Please keep up your av test videos, Leo.. Thanks for this video of yours..

I remember those joke USB drives that would insert random text, flag the capslock key or move the mouse but opening a window randomly is evil.
  • @thevacuumnerd
Can you do this same exact test with Bitdefender? I currently use the Bitdefender Family Pack which uses Bitdefender Total Security. I would love to see the results!
  • @ARiteOfPassage09
I might get Kaspersky on my laptop as well. I am impressed with its security as you show them.
  • @emuclone154
You need to do this test for more av. Use the same exact test otherwise it doesn't matter. That way people can truly know what av to use or not use
  • @bytesamurai
I tried many antiviruses but after some time i returned to Kaspersky. It is the best AV 💪

Are you going to do a new 2023 antivirus tier list
  • @bokkie123
A very good test, Kapersky is unbeatable. Thanks for sharing.
  • @odaiodeh1659
Can you make the same test on Bitdefender or/and ESET? Great work and effort, thank you 👍

This is why I am happy with Kaspersky. I had a virus that can't be deleted by other AV that stays at Common files folder, accumulating a big chunk of file size overtime. Then I tried Kaspersky and it does the job done and at the same time very lightweight. I've been using Kaspersky Total Security for 4 years now in all of my computers. Saved me countless times.
