Sharpshooter for mace worth it or no?

I think sharpshooter is definitely a more niche skill, but can be worth it if certain factors are met. First, I wouldn't use Sharpshooter on something like Fenrir since only two Maces or one Hammer benefit from the skill, but on something like a Typhon where you boost all 4 of your weapons it's a much better deal. Second, it depends on the intended distance of shooting. Something that can either quickly close the distance or can withstand being in face-hugging distance doesn't really benefit from it while a robot that's either slower or may need to stay close to cover (like Typhon) could benefit from the skill. But in the end, it all really depends on if the build has a free skill-slot that could be used on something such as sharpshooter.

Moral of the story. Someone was a bit lazy to draw different sprites for sharpshooter for blast shotguns, made only one and people got confused with near identical spread of the pellets. With sharpshooter skill pellets go slightly above the red square. Without, they go noticeably above it.

Love the video I never let my hanger without warrior Typhon/mace for years now. I have to say sharpshooter against titans 4-500 range is devastating especially the chunky ones. Being Maxed, Rook I can usually take on 3/4 of the time for example. Maxed shells one clip .

I've always had sharpshooter with any weapon with shotgun like mechanics. It reduces bullet spread quite a bit at further ranges. For instance, I run ultimate avengers on Curie and initially I didn't have any of the weapon specific skills and when I eventually changed it, I had both speedshooter and shot grouping and it made a hell of a difference! As always it depends on the build and the ranges you're likely to be at the most. Overall though this demonstration proves what I always thought. Shot grouping is a good skill to have on certain builds.

It also looked like there was an increased blast effect accumulation with the sharpshooter skill, too. I think if the robot you have has all the same weapon type, then it's worth using a skill on. Also don't forget that sonic weapons (Scatter, Havoc, Devastator) benefit from this too

I like that you made videos on the same map, I think that's a far better way because sometimes different map is a different play style even though it's not a comparison but I would prefer ot in the future

This was actually very helpful, I've always wondered the effectiveness of this pilot skill if it worth using on shotguns

there as usual the answer is it depends. if you plan to use mace from distance, sure is worth it. but if you run mace you usually want to have a bot capable of getting into shsort range like a ravana, you're not fighting from range. only bot on which i can maybe justify it would be fenrir, as is slow and can help with running enemies. but overall i wouldn't suggest it, you can use the skill slot for way better things

Aygir is definitely the best WR pilot due to breaking his own records and high end gameplay. So if he suggest something I thinks its safe to say its pretty accurate💯

I forgot how valuable the demeter is with Curies still running around with rust weapons.

I feel like this should be the case; if i roll it by random, ill keep it. Slower bots like for instance a fenrir would fit sharpshooter skill better than for instance faster/dashing/jumping/teleporting bots, since it doesnt exactly have chase down speed, and thus might more often find itself at mod range, and thats even if you enhance its speed. . so thats my opinion🤜🤙🤙🤙
