Ratio has an advantage in the first wave because he does not spend 1 turn buffing and his ult is more impactful than March. But in the second wave, their DPS is actually quite similar, and March's extra energy generation becomes more apparent. March's fast breaking is also very useful against annoying mobs like these.
I still give the edge to Ratio for imaginary weak enemies, but E6 March might change that since she gains a huge boost from all 3 eidolons.
This is also only for the FuA team with Topaz. Hypercarry Ratio is a whole different thing.
