As someone who's currently in the process of building Himeko i see this as an absolute win

Just a quick note regarding Topaz's lightcone. You can have 2 Tame states applied to the same enemy. If (like me) you were lucky enough to snag 2 copies of it, using one on Ratio and one on Topaz actually creates 2 separate debuffs and it applies the extra crit damage received by enemies for both.
