In this video, I played 100 days in Stardew Valley MOBILE to see how different it actually is from the PC version. I also made it my goal to unlock EVERY form of mobile-ity possible including the minecarts, the horse, and yes... even the boat to Ginger Island. How different will it be to play the game on mobile? Will I possibly be able to complete all my goals in only 100 days? You'll have to find out!

Finally someone understands the pain of mobile stardew valley
  • As someone who has reached perfection on mobile, my condolences. Auto attack made me hate skull caverns, but when I tried it on pc I really liked it. It’s really hard to get used to the different controls of each platform, congrats for pushing through :) great video

Hey Charlie, I’m here to show a little support for your channel. My 9yo son plays Stardew Valley often, and he “listens to” your video on a daily basis. (We limit his screen time, so the video is being played on a Google home hub with the screen facing the wall). In total, he has probably contributed several hundred hours of play time of your videos. There’re many stardew valley creators on YouTube, and your content is THE one we found most suitable for kids to consume. No over the top shouting and unnecessarily dramatic reactions, just a chill and lighthearted conversation and gameplay. It’s like watching a friend play and talk about the game. Anyway, your new video showed up on my front page in the app today, so here’s a Super Thanks to show out support. Thanks for continuing to bring us these great content.

I was introduced to Stardew on mobile and didn’t know it was on PC for so long! I have a mobile save in YEAR 6
  • @Carneiro-hv9sg
as someone on year 8 on my mobile farm, this made me feel like a war hero
  • @abianne
As someone who exclusively plays on mobile (and has achieved perfection twice), this was hilarious. Changing the sizes of everything in the menus, altering all the commands, it gets a lot easier! 😂😂😂
  • @ansley4269
i hope you're doing alright after playing stardew mobile for 33 straight hours. thank you for all you do for us charlie

2:16 Small tip : you can change the way you move and interact in the settings The last choice will give a d-pad and two buttons
  • @coogerlion
Recommendation for if you want to do this again in your inventory there is a settings tab that you can use to change the controls to something usable

I had surgery this past spring and only had the use of one arm for a while. I was miserable and really wanted to play Stardew for comfy vibes. The mobile was all I could manage and the one finger tapping ended up being so helpful for me.... Until I unlocked the mines. The utter pain that followed rivaled the surgery recovery 😂 I definitely gave up long before 100 days, kudos to you for doing it!
  • @katiec9285
I've only ever played on mobile so.... Thank you for understanding my pain 😂 Love your game plays ❤️
  • @allofthemoon_
as someone who only plays stardew mobile with over 300 hours played, i wish you the best luck! (i also tried pc and had no clue how to do it so i understand the pain of the difference) also Hint: if you wanna use auto attack you should tap on the monster you wanna kill and it helps with crits :)
  • @papaswanson
Man, I can't wait for a mobile perfection run
  • @nyromath2195
Ok that's probably the greatest sponsor segment I've seen for a video. Something that's actually relevant and contextual to the video, with the rest of the video to prove the product's worth. Way better than some out-of-the-blue irrelevant interjection of "here's this crummy pay-to-win mobile game that I don't actually play" or the billionth ad for yet another VPN
  • @rainiedash9225
Five minutes in and the energy of this video is such a throwback to the very first 100 days - amazing how far miss Charlie has both come and…. Well.. not in that time 😂💜
  • @leostewart996
I haven’t finished the video yet so correct me if you already mentioned this, but you can change your control settings to include a joystick and buttons! It makes it WAY more manageable to play :)
  • @kelsiskye86
Maybe its because i started stardew on mobile but i dont think its that bad my fav part is zooming out and auto walking places 😂 when i started pc it was so hard
  • @vinnm4516
ohhhhh I am so glad to see this, I needed a chill video like this today! It's always a great day when you upload
  • I have the different feeling. I used to playing mobile since 2018 and when I got my laptop and install SDV there, I have trouble learning how to play it using controls
  • @brandonisburied
i remember using a combo control of both touchscreen and virtual buttons. -touch screen to move around quickly -buttons to combat, fishing farming etc.
