Calendar: It's hurricane season! Tornadoes: Hold my beer.
  • It passed right over the airport. I work there and it was massive. A few trees were down and I believe a few tugs were overturned
  • i live near o'hare, my house got SLAMMED by the winds and rain. the lightning was so bright that when the power went out the house was still lit up. the sky was also flashing red, were those sprites?

I was in the airport my brother is in a wheelchair and me and my mom ran out of the bridge from the plane to the airport as the tornado was on top of us.. scariest moment of my life. It sounds like a train and the floor starting coming up..

Glad we just missed it by going on vacation yesterday. If we didn’t go on vacation my dad would have been working at O’Hare at the time. So greatful

I'm not a meteorologist, but at 1:33 I could see what looked like a massive funnel moving from right to left. It's hard to tell because of the rain.
  • @mariom6616
