Fun fact: He uses "Oyasumi", which is a way of saying "Goodbye" right before sleeping. Not before heading to sleep. This probably reinforces the fact that the song is about insomnia, because he keeps repeating the word over and over but the song keeps going.

This song was actually a trigger for my mental breakdowns. I don’t know why, it just happened. But now I use the “oyasumi” to count down and smile. Now I don’t feel pain while listening to this song :) I’m so happy I found the 1 hour loop because I actually like this song despite what happened when I listened to it.
