DIY Girl Scout Cookie Costume

Truthfully, this quick edit was made because a Girl Scout troop leader reached out when she saw these costumes on our instagram account and wanted to make these costumes for members to help them sell cookies! I just didn’t have the time to create a proper tutorial, (editing and adding voice overs can take HOURS!) so I put together this quick video to hopefully give her an idea of the process. She said it worked, so I'm sharing the video here!
Hope this makes sense! Feel free to drop questions below and I’ll do my best to help answer them: ). A few key takeaways: I used foam seat cushions and cut them to the shapes I needed. And large bolts of felt will be your BEST FRIENDS when you’re crafting costumes! It’s the best fabric to work with because it is easy to cut, doesn’t fray, comes in every color, and works well with hot glue!
