I'm recently rewatch thriller bark arc. There is one scene where Sanji is the first straw hat member to fight face to face with Zombie Luffy. Everytime Sanji did something, the reactions of each member of straw hat will be shown and Zoro clearly didn't hide his emotions (sometimes proud and sometimes worried). I think it's also one of many moments where they actually care about each other.
