  • Why does this guy look like he's doing these videos while breaking into someone's house while they're not there.
  • @jessica_leeh
FOR ANYONE WHO HASN’T MADE THESE. These brownies taste like chocolate mousse! Very surprising taste and fluffy texture, just wow.
  • By adding ripe bananas it adds sweet tastes almost nothing like banana and gives it a gorgeos texture and makes it fluffy and not too dry it also gives it a crunchy top makes it healthier and replaces eggs
  • @queos2288
Pro tip: if you just mix the whipped whites without any care you're defeating the whole purpose of the process, instead, mix in a folding motion, you'll see a very noticeable increase in puffiness and overall texture 😉
  • @autumn5356
I made them. They are delicious just out of the oven, but i think the sweetness gets more intense when eaten cooled. Literally the texture is googy fudgy brownies. This recipe is a life saver.
  • I appreciate having recipes that dont include protein powder, so this is great!

So I've never the person to be like "I tried this and it was so amazing" but guys, I am actually impressed with this. Here's my HONEST review; I did almost everyting to the tea(in grams with a scale) I even used some hershey'sspecial dark cocoa. The only thing I didn't have was that exact sweetener, and I used about 80 something grams instead of 90 something. Oh and also I think mine was an 8x8 pan... It took longer than 18 minutes for me, every oven is different tho- So here's my thoughts. By itself, it really tasted like a brownie, shockingly. But it tasted so much better paired with some vanilla halo top icecream I could barely tell the difference from some regular brownies and icecream. For the brownie itself, I think I want to try the sweetener he used because you could kinda tell it was fakely sweetened. But don't get me wrong it still tastsed great. It's so cool to have a recipe that doesn't rely on well-tasting protein powder. BEST low-cal brownie recipe I've ever tried. I am going to make this again and also count the macros myself to see if I come out with the same numbers. I'll keep this comment updated :))

Recipe: Blend mix: 1/4 cup oats 1/2 cup Zero cal sugar Pinch of instant coffee granule 1/2 cup cocoa powder(30g dark Pinch baking powder 3 egg whites. Foam up 3/4 cup Greek yoghurt 2 tbsp almond milk Vanilla essence

Trick I saw elsewhere on youtube. To get the parchment paper to cooperate just crumble it into a tight ball and then un-crumble it. Now it will conform and stay in whatever shape your bowl is.
  • @lianegiago5443
I’m in love with the fact that you’re concerned with the price of things!!! So many people I follow offer great recipes that I could never afford but this is so reasonable. Subscribed
  • @dianahex6715
For more volume you could use baking powder and also not incorporate the eggs whites with the mixer, but gently with a spoon in very slow motions(this trick is what they use for the pavlova cake). It will give it more body and height. I saw you like salt, before it's fully baked take it a few minutes before out of the oven and just sprinkle some unrefined sea salt(normal table salt won't do a very good job) , then put back in the oven till fully baked.

Hey man, I’ve made a lot of these anabolic dessert recipes from YouTube/Reddit and I got to say this is probably the best. I made this batch and topped with a bit of low cal vanilla ice cream. Heavenly. Thank you for the time you put into this and sharing it for free with all of us. Keep up the good work. We all appreciate it.
  • Just made this today, and can attest that it’s good. Actually, it’s beyond good; it’s incredible. And I mean absolutely, utterly delicious. I literally do not taste anything that would suggest that it’s a protein packed, healthier, low calorie alternative to the real thing. This tastes exactly like genuine chocolate brownies… literally. I’m not exaggerating. My family loved it, as well. Going to try it again one of these next few days and top it with your 20 calorie marshmallows. Can’t wait. From the bottom of my heart, thank you!
  • @paintedeyes9736
I just made this, and it far exceeded my expectations: it is moist and delicious, and easy to make. Thank you for this recipe, by far the best low calorie recipe I have ever tried (and I've tried plenty!)
  • @helencherry9133
Oh, most definitely a middle piece person here! Haven't tried these yet, but definitely plan to get these in the oven as soon as I have time to get in the kitchen! I have plugged the recipe into MFP though, and came up with 349 cals, 144 carbs, 38 protein, 8 fat, and 17 fiber.
  • @carolday3381
You could also add caramel extract and sprinkle chunky sea salt on the batter before baking and thats a salted caramel brownie.
  • @NoFeArChiC2
I really enjoy the way you do your videos. They are quick and to the point, yet you share pretty detailed information on how to make your recipes. I also appreciate how you showed what the consistency of the batter should look like, as little things like that are super helpful when baking. It quells any fear of "Am I doing it wrong??" lol. Thank you!
  • I made these with butter extract (0 cal) and salted caramel Greek yogurt. Literally the best low calorie dessert imaginable. Thank you!!!!
