Could this help the tightening of the muscle during excerise which involves Dorsiflextion ? I've been diagnosed with CECS and am trying everything else, calves and tibialis anterior are very developed from trail running, trying to see if this helps along with stretching out calves to see if it helps, also dropped running back in august completely to ease symptoms if it was a soft tissue injury. thanks for the video, solid explanation as always.
