    Big shifts in the fall 2023. We still experience integration phases but the bond has deepened since then when we do communicate it’s with much easier grace and flow

    fascinating… literally got off this exact phone call with him a couple hours ago.. he doesn’t want to be just friends, but wants to pursue this older woman at work & also have me. I just lost my cat (best friend, light of my life) & simply do Not have the capacity to approach poly rn.. or possibly ever.. he could not have chosen a worst time & idk if i can ever forgive him for moving forward with that at this time.. he doesn’t want to give up on us.. but only wants to keep investing if I keep being physical with him.. until this convo.. where he said otherwise.. but I imagine that will flip flop soon enough.. again, at the worst possible time, when i just want to melt into his embrace and feel seen, held, safe 😔
