I made this video to help anyone feeling energetically flooded, stuck in a loop, or feeling anxious energy or anxiety. Movement and reconnecting to our bodies can help ground and stabilise us in ways other outlets don’t necessarily offer. Please remember that our mind and body are meant to work together in harmony; if we’re disconnected from one, it can be very challenging to feel grounded and fulfilled in day-to-day life. I offer modifications throughout the video - so if anything’s uncomfortable for you, please use a modification or create a similar modification for yourself! Please do let me know in the comments if you have any tried and true tips, tricks, or even quotes regarding how you move through anxious energy! And always remember, luminous beings are we; not this crude matter ✨

Be like water making its way through cracks. Do not be assertive, but adjust to the object, and you shall find a way around or through it. If nothing within you stays rigid, outward things will disclose themselves. Empty your mind, be formless. Shapeless, like water.

I have to attend regular physio sessions due to a back injury, and he always raves about my posture, so I must be doing something right. Good to see you back Kelly 🌹🌹🌹
  • Always a pleasure to see your exercise videos. They help with garnering better body movement. Thank you for all you do, Kelly. Much love 🙏🏻
  • Thanks for the video. Stay inspired. My way of looking at potential anxiety is listing all the outcomes of a situation, eliminate all the impossible and improbable outcomes and see that i need to do to achieve the most desired outcome. I hope that this can help somebody.
  • Another splendid example of why to follow you Jedi Bunny. I'll be giving these exercises a try for sure 🙂
