Was pleasantly surprised with the show. Nothing about the show was super exciting or amazing, but overall I had fun.

Hey, Jeremy! Great first episode! According to the showrunner, the series is set in December 2024 after "The Eternals". This is an adaptation of the comic series written by Matt Fraction and illustrated by David Aja. Terrific shift in perspective for the Battle of New York! Kate Bishop's prowess is believable because she put in the years necessary to become an accomplished gymnast, martial artist, fencer and archer. Jack the fiancee is Jacques Duquesne aka SWORDSMAN! In the comics, this was Clint's mentor as well as a villain who eventually became an Avenger briefly! Rogers the Musical! Cringe. Ant-Man getting recognition but wrongful credit. Clint's hearing aid is straight out of the comics. Being an Avenger takes its toll. Linda Cardellini appearance! Same movie kids; Lila Barton is Anthony Russo's daughter. Black market auction featuring Ronin gear and a mysterious watch. Possible StarkTech? Lucky the one-eyed Pizza Dog! The Tracksuit Mafia! Bro. Who killed Armand? Hailee Steinfeld and Jeremy Renner have fantastic chemistry! Keep an eye on mom because she's played by name actress Vera Farmiga. The opening credits immediately were recognizable as Aja's art and Matt Hollingsworth's color scheme which had brand identity at the time of publication. Feminine hygiene product never once entered my mind! Smh. Lol. The graphics DID efficiently inform us that Kate PUT IN THE YEARS to become an accomplished athlete and isn't a Mary Sue. I highly doubt Renner is tapping out permanently. This is holiday fare and the source material is light-hearted. Hawkeye died prior to this series at the hands of Scarlet Witch during her psychotic break in "Avengers Disassembled" and emerged as Ronin upon his restoration. He also had a shocking death in the post-apocalyptic alternate universe of "Old Man Logan" where he was BLIND Old Man Hawkeye. If they kill him, Wanda will do it in Dr. Strange 2. Yeah the first two episodes of the show completely exceeded my expectations, I love the banter between Kate and Clint, The humor is fantastic, and I really loved how grounded the show is compared to Loki and WandaVision and like I said earlier in the stream Hailee Steinfield is gorgeous....call me... for real.. lol. ps Kate's Mom is sus asf

I’m enjoying it a lot, it’s nice to have a grounded fun story after all the crazy spectacle stuff. Lol

I'm really liking the more grounded series. Hawkeye, and Falcon and Winter Soldier. Don't get me wrong, the crazy wizard and space stuff is fun, but these are just more relatable and interesting to me.
