  • I felt in my heart to donate because even though I speak Spanish I can't belive how much she has helped me to improve it. My husband and kids are also going to be doing it. She deserves 👏 so much more and does it for free!!! This is better than any expensive online course. She answers our questions, encourages us, and makes it funny and fun. Thanks Ana for sharing your gift of teaching!!! This is one of the nicest communities on YouTube!!
  • This lady always knows which words we need to know and understand!!!!!! Decir! I need this one!!!!
  • @SuperSpidey313
Ana is the best language teacher I've ever seen. She explains the patterns and WHY Spanish words are the way they are while still being FUN. Amazing.
  • @ihatecalamares
I learned a lot from this. Spanish grammar is so confusing for me but she's doing a great job making things easier to understand. Thank you.
  • @Kevin-mcro
I'm 98% fluent; but, I watch her for the tidbits of "real-life usage," and I also watch because she's so delightful.

As a native French speaker, pretty much every "weird" rules in Spanish are the same in French. "Yo te dije" is "je t'ai dit" in French ("I you have told"), "yo te lo he dicho" is "je te l'ai dit" in French (I you have told"), etc.
  • I love this woman! She is so sweet and funny, even when I don't know what she is saying! Also, the tone/sound of her voice is very nice. If I had teachers like her in school, I would look forward to going to classes all of the time!
  • Thank you! I live in Mexico, this is the most confusing for me, and the most used! I never know who told who what. You are the best Spanish teacher I have ever seen. Muchisimas gracias y mil bendiciones

19:47 the most amazing part of this video (other than Ana teaching so well) is that Ana, by having learnt english, actually understands that how spanish is phrased makes no sense to english speakers but that's how its done. Instead of I told you they say I you told.

Ana you are a thousand times more better than those expensive online Spanish classes I have in my country. And you are doing it for completely free for us with a lot of effort and passion. I can't find words to thank you enough. Thank you so much Ana. Muchas Gracias!

Lo que me gusta de tus lecciones, es que enseñes español, en inglés. Aunque lo mezclas con algo de español, es mucho más fácil de comprender y tiene más sentido cuando lo explicas en inglés. Muchos otros canales intentan enseñarte español, en español, lo que realmente no ayuda si aún no sabes español. Gracias por las lecciones, profesora!
  • @AddyGoesPlaces
Just found this channel today. I love her commentary during the lessons. I was cracking up when she was talking about the old woman who said something nasty to her. Ana's emotion in these videos is genuine and entertaining.
  • @quanagee2424
No me lo dijo en la cara. The spanish sentence that I never knew I needed!🤣🤣🤣 I laughed so hard that I had to donate. Thank you for all that you do!
  • Am I the only one who read the summary in her voice 😄. Found Anna a few weeks ago and it's been a refresher for me. I've been waiting for this one too. Would also like if you could do a video for poder and poner in the tense. Please and thank you for the lessons
  • I have struggled with me, te, le, nos, les forever but I think I finally understand how they are used. Ana is a fantastic teacher.
  • Even if you know this stuff (as a Spanish speaker-2nd language), her lessons serve as a great listening exercises. She sneaks words and phrases within her explanations. During those moments, pause the video, write them down. Search for their meaning and add them to your vocabulary. Personally, that is what I do.There is always more learning content than whatever is presented in the video topic. Its great!
