  • In Delft, the Netherlands we have tavern that is pure medieval. Candles and stone walls, eating with your hands, a minstrel and music like this. It's called Stadsherberg De Mol. May we one day meet there, stranger.

If someone wants to experience a tavern like this in real life then you have to go to Tallinn, Estonia, there you have the "Olde Hansa". You really imagine yourself in the Middle Ages.

Played this for my D&D group. The inn where these songs are played is called "The Snoring Boar Inn" in out story and my party now returns there every time they are in town. Good job.
  • I've got too many problems now But im listening to this, dreaming about me and my partner as the adventure seekers relaxing in tavern and things looking better

was supposed to study but i just went down the rabbit hole of tavern ambience youtube videos. this is by far the best one i found, the background dialogue and music volumes and the songs are perfect, thank you for this!

Greetings! The Broken Horn welcomes you. We have ale, wine, and mixed drinks galore, so do ask our barkeep for her recommendations. I personally like a Burning Snowball to finish off my night of work. If you feel like you could eat a horse, we also serve food from different parts of the realm. The town favorite is Argran's fare, eggs poached in a spiced tomato and meat sauce and served with a fresh loaf of bread. Those Karamin chilies keep you warm in this weather. Rooms are also available for the price of 10 silver a night and an additional 50 copper per person. Do enjoy your stay at The Broken Horn. May Erasil bless your journey.
  • I don't know who needs to hear this but whatever is worrying you right now, forget about it. Take a deep breath, stay positive, and know that things will get better
  • For YOU...the person who is reading this comment I wish you a lifetime of happiness, laughter, love, and prosperity! All is well! The Universe is providing! You are safe in this benevolent Universe! ๐Ÿ’–
  • The Trudging Troll! What a sight to behold. The restaurant was extravagant and enormous, taking an entire city block. Velvet drapes, red and black carpet and chairs and tables, with dark spruce to match. There was much chitter chatter all around and residents were welcomed by the hospitality of the large race of men known as the Denkaur.

I needed to chug something to get it down and thought "I should put this in a mug and play tavern music so I can pretend I'm chugging mead while dwarves and orcs chant "chug chug chug!" Around me like frat boys. It worked.

I'm might not from a Medieval time but I can truly sense and imagine the scene with this beautiful image and music. I don't know but I found myself traveling through the past time with so much strong feel whenever I see old photographs or clips. Whatever......this is beautiful indeed! Love from India.
  • What makes this kind of music so wonderful is not only itโ€™s ability to transport you to a rougher yet simpler age, itโ€™s a music that sings more to the soul than the mind.
