The game of Basketball has been my passion since I was 5 years old. I grew up as a kid watching my dad's recorded VHS tapes of playoff games through the 70s and 80s, and collected all the Basketball cards. Something about the game and what it represents just hooked me from a very young age.
My love for the game only continues to grow as time goes on. I love studying and analyzing the game, with an unbiased perspective. Feel free to subscribe, follow me on social media, and celebrate this amazing game and it's rich history with me!
I post videos every week on NBA history, predictions, hypothetical scenarios and current NBA topics.

If you just stumbled upon this video just know Johnny is the GOAT of YouTube Basketball content
  • @RetroRogue.
I miss the 80's-2000's. The fans, the players, the atmosphere just everything.
  • Whether I'm seeing MJ highlights for the 1st or 1000th time, my reaction is always the same😳😮🙆‍♂️🙌🏿🐐
  • @KidFresh71
To me, Jordan's iconic shrug conveyed a sense of humility like, "Can you believe it? I"m sorry. It's just not fair. Everything is falling for me today."
  • Jordan didn't only score the most points he was an elite defender too... the GOAT
  • @kawzx777
This breakdown of Jordan's career is a work of art 👏 👏
  • @c_rock3512
With the pace, spacing, and increased drives he would go crazy.
  • @h9erbi9dog
There is and has never been a player this good since. You watch this video and other Jordan highlights and it’s strikingly clear how good of a basketball player he was and how much better he was than anyone else in any generation.

I still remember the game when Michael Jordan said "This one's for you baby" to Dikembe Mutombo and made a free throw with his eyes closed.
  • @tacho9427
If you can't touch him up, he's getting to the rim. There's a reason why the Jordan rules were invented. With today's rules, there is no way to defend a guy like him.
  • @Al.j.Vasquez
MJ's impact as a PG and his performance the day of the shrug are 2 amazing statements about his talent. 35 points on the first half while not playing for 6 minutes, and hitting 6 threes, that's incredible. There is a guy today that if he drained 6 threes and put 30 on the table by the first half, would be considered by his fans as a shooter just as good as Steph Curry, and the undisputed goat, Jordan did it out of pettiness.
  • @handsomeX
This is by far, the BEST Jordan career breakdown video out there.
  • @aristosachaion_
MJ's '88 season holds a place in my heart not just because of the absolutely insane achievements he reached that season, but also because he did it all in my favourite shoes: the Air Jordan III "white/cement".
  • @bengoose2031
An underrated aspect of Jordan was his HANDS. Jordan’s hands are the size of baseball gloves! This allowed him to protect the ball better. Catch passes cleanly. Jordan could manipulate the ball in the air better than other players because his one hand could wrap around the basketball. Jordan’s hands helped allow the acrobatic shots of His Airness.
  • @fentazen2677
Jonny Arnett is one of my favorite basketball YouTubers because he doesn’t downplay an era and he doesn’t say an era is “soft”. He understands great players would be great in any era.
  • @Tokenomics1
Jordan made everyone on the court play better. He brought a swagger to the game that everyone tried to emulate. If he played today other teams would learn to play better. A rising tide raises all ships.
  • That stat line from when he ran pt guard in the 88-89 season was something I did not know and absolutely insane 😳
  • @VOLUMEnightclub
Jordan really took every accolade from tonnes of HOFers 😂
  • @Dantana773
I agree and You broke it down perfectly about how MJ would fit in this modern NBA. 90s Jordan was legendary but my personal favorite is 80's MJ He was dominate on offense & defense and even Switched it up and played Point Guard during those years also. I miss the 80's - early 2000's basketball.
