Most logical explanation to me is that a bad batch of drugs caused the deaths - either ODd or they passed out and froze. And the homeowner either supplied the drugs and didn’t want to deal with it, or also passed out but didn’t die because he was inside the house.
  • @tallgirlhappyme
Remember, the same family members who COULD NOT ACCEPT that the men could have ingested drugs, are now saying they will NOT ACCEPT they could have FROZE to death. I feel for the family, but FREEZING to DEATH WHILE PASSED OUT from drugs is a REAL POSSIBILITY and SADLY, HAPPENS far too OFTEN.

“Why did they all go outside?” Because they were on drugs. “Why didn’t they try to get back inside?” Because they were on drugs. “Why didn’t they get in their cars and go home?” Because they were on drugs. “Why didn’t they—“ because they were on drugs. People on drugs don’t think clearly. I don’t think I’ve seen a case that is so clearly and obviously drugs.

Also, if I wake up from a drug bender, the very last thing I would ever do is look out a bright sunny window (with snow outside which makes it even brighter). And as they were doing illegal drugs, I think they'd definitely have blinds and curtains closed.
  • @Meltonater
As a recovering alcoholic. I 100% even with my dogs could see this happening to me. When I would recover from benders even if I did look at my phone half the time I wouldn’t remember looking at it or I would look and roll over because I was withdrawing so bad. You pee the bed or walk with closed eyes to the toilet to pee puke and drink out of the sink and back to bed as soon as possible. It’s scary but I wouldn’t notice anyone frozen outside either.

I 100% believe that they all took a drug that was laced with Fentanyl. It's the only explanation for how they would not have tried to get inside away from the cold. They either passed out and became hypothermic or they OD'd on the Fentanyl itself. Seeing as the homeowner has since checked into rehab, I believe he likely had a previously built tolerance to whatever drug they all took by accident or on purpose. I think he was in a drug-induced state for 48 hours but survived because he was sheltered and had a tolerance.

This guy needs to fire this lawyer. He's painting him into a corner. I don't know why he's doing multiple tv interviews; he shouldn't have even done one. This lawyer is making his client look guilty when the police didn't even think he was. This is terrible lawyering.

a few things to point out here: I noticed this house was near other houses and no one in the other houses saw the bodies in the back yard either. Also In winter to save on heating costs my curtains/blinds are drawn. It stops cold drafts and helps further insulate against the cold. My curtains have been drawn for months at this point. I occasionally peek out there but it can be days where I don't look outside at all. As someone who works from home I can get in the zone, work in the studio for like 12-15 hrs, go to bed and watch a youtube vid or two and go to sleep only to do it all over again the next day. As to why he didn't have the dogs, maybe he knew he was going on a binge and might be too out of it to let the dogs out and so he had his dad look afer the dogs. I am a recovering addict and I know that there were times I slept for a couple of days after a binge session. It happens. You mention he answered a call from his dad, well maybe he has a special ring tone for his dad so woke up to answer that call. Or phones have a feature where you can set it to not disturb and can opt to have certain numbers that are exempt. I would imagine he would do this because his dad had the dogs. As to how the men were just laying outside and one in the chair, they could have stepped out to have a smoke, being overheated from the coke( that was laced with fentanyl). maybe they lied down because they were overheated and then once there the fentanyl kicked in and they passed out. If they were inside when that happened they might have survived and awoken around the same time he did. But I can see how this was all a tragic accident. Oh and walking to the door in his boxers only proves he was recently awoken and was drinking water out a dirty wine glass. He would have been extremely thirsty upon awakening. This makes perfect sense in relation to coke/fentanyl being involved.

As a recovering alcoholic, I can definitely say I have stayed in my hovel, sleeping and drinking alone for 48+ hours without checking my phone or looking out the window because I hated myself and assumed everyone else hated me too.
  • Plenty have said this, but based on the available evidence, this is SO obviously a night of drugs gone wrong. They all used, they were all in a stupor, three went outside and died while under the influence, the last passed out inside and was sleeping it off for two days. They didn't call anyone or try to leave because they were intoxicated. He didn't notice they were out there for the same reason.
  • Devils advocate here….. I’m a hermit who works nights. I keep all of my window blinds and curtains closed 24/7. My eyes are super sensitive to the sun, especially with a snow glare, because of migraines. I don’t answer my door to anybody if I’m not expecting you.

If I was paying for a lawyer or being represented by a good lawyer I would expect that lawyer to keep his mouth shut and not go around incriminating me
  • @JayceeElle
The very first moment I heard of this case, my brain went right to "drugs must be involved". My own experience taking hard drugs many years ago: snorted powder not knowing contents and my friends and I had a pretty bad experience (we were not new to drugs either, but this was different). We all felt like we were burning up and we went outside in the pouring November Canadian winter. My friends all threw up and went back inside, but I didn't vomit and I thought I'd die of a fever if I went back inside, so I literally laid outside in the rain on bare cold concrete (face down) wearing almost no clothes. The only reason I came back inside was because my friends forced me inside the house. I would have happily fallen asleep out there thinking it was for my own good. I can understand how people would let themselves freeze to death. I get it. It is possible. I think Jordan must be scared to lose his job, his career - everything. He isn't going to get funding for research as a drug-user and associated with deaths of 3 people. Just an additional anecdote - my brother died of a fentanyl overdose when he thought he was just using coke. I'm totally clean now. Be safe, people.

Unfortunately I think law enforcement is waiting to say the quiet thing out loud. These individuals probably met up at this home to do drugs, they were strong and they passed out and froze. The other individual either had a better tolerance or got lucky that he passed out inside.
  • @Ss-ku8vz
If the homeowner was also messed up on coke and fentanyl, it would absolutely make sense why his story about when they left was confused. Maybe when his one friend left he thought they all did.
  • @carlamarlene2927
If dude was passed in that chair, it is ENTIRELY possible to not see him. If other dudes were passed out and got snowed on, it is possible to not see them. Even still, I don't go around looking out of every window every day, especially if a curtain covers it. It is not a crime to neglect a perimeter check, this ain't gitmo. He might've thought they caught an Uber.
  • @MissBliss818
Something tells me that the three men stepped into the backyard to get fresh air because they were experiencing adverse side-effects from a drug they took either intentionally or unintentionally. Once they were outside, they became unconscious and died from an overdose/toxicity. Perhaps Jordan had a similar reaction and felt the need to lay down, but because it was his house, he just went to his room. For those 48 hrs, Jordan may have been in a heavy nod or psychosis. Jordan may have had more experience with the drug than his friends, otherwise it could have been 4-5 chief fans instead of 3.
  • @susannafenter251
As someone who has unknowingly done fentanyl.. it sounds like they ALL (including the renter) overdosed on fentanyl. The renter just happened to stumble upstairs first
  • @kaiazion5351
I wear headphones to bed every night for almost 5 years now. I don't get headaches and I find them comfortable most nights.
  • @LinaIsNotANoob
I couldn't tell you the last time I looked out the window, certainly not in the last two weeks, I also haven't been out the back of my house in a week. I'm not saying he didn't do it, but people being so stuck on him not looking out the window is so weird to me. Blinds and curtains were invented for a reason.
